Urban Legends is underway.
Submissions closed last Sunday. Seventeen people sent in work, many of which are two pages of content. So that puts me around 34 pages, plus 1 or 2 pages I’ll make, plus the covers…easily the longest zine I’ve made to date.
I intentionally left the theme open, and it’s cool to see how people took “Urban Legends” in their own direction. I got a mix of writing, poetry, drawings, and collages. Some based on legends. Some made-up stories.
I plan to have the zine finished and copies ready by early October, so people can have them in time for Halloween.
