Here’s what I’m doing now:

Zines on the way

I have a few zines ideas to keep me busy for the next few months. I’m accepting submissions for “Children of immigrants,” a zine about immigrant experiences. Check out the guidelines.

I’m contributing to a few zines: The movie issue from Wrench Dispatch, Pocket Thoughts Annual #6 (coming out in February), and one more I just volunteered for, so nothing to share yet.

Building (rebuilding, really) a more consistent writing habit

I have fallen out of practice. Between blogging and my handwritten journal, I’m working on writing more consistently (again). One thing I think will help is keeping a log about progress on creative projects.

The day job

I don’t talk about my day job on this site because I like having this space for hobbies. But if you’re curious, I’m on the marketing team at a small industrial company. Mostly I write, but I do a lot of marketing things (as it goes in a small company). My favorite part is that I get paid to ask, “How does this work?”
